1. Cancellations & Refunds

• You may request a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order, provided that editing work has not yet begun.

• If work has already started, the order is considered non-refundable, since the service is customized.

2. After 24 Hours

• Refunds are not available after the 24-hour window, except in cases of proven error or non-delivery by TN Media.

• If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Quality & Revisions

If you’re not satisfied with the result, we encourage you to request a revision first. Most issues can be resolved through adjustments to the edit.

4. Digital Services Notice

Because all TN Media work is delivered digitally and tailored to each client, EU “cooling-off” rights under consumer law do not apply once editing work has begun.
