2. Services

We provide podcast audio and video editing services, including mixing, mastering, and post-production. All work is delivered digitally through cloud storage or other online transfer methods.

3. Payments

• All prices are listed in USD and include VAT where applicable.

• Payment is required before or upon delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We reserve the right to pause or stop services if invoices remain unpaid.

4. Turnaround & Revisions

• Estimated delivery times are provided when you place your order.

• Revisions are included unless otherwise specified in your plan or quote.

5. Ownership & Usage

• Once full payment is received, you own the final edited files and have full rights to use them.

• TN Media may use short samples of completed work for promotional purposes (e.g., social media), unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring all materials (audio, video, scripts, etc.) you provide are legally owned or properly licensed. TN Media is not liable for copyright claims resulting from your submitted content.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are covered under our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for quality and reliability, TN Media is not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits, missed publishing deadlines, or damages caused by file errors or delays.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of the Netherlands.
